Internet Movies, The Old Superman Is One Of Those You Can Download

It starts with a strange scene in the crop fields of a zone that resembles the American Midwest. Something in flames falls from the sky and starts a fire in the fields of the Kent's farm, later we learn it's some kind of space ship that captures the attention and anticipation of the only dweller at the farm, Clark's mother. But time is running too fast in this Superman version, we expect to see a child coming from the ship. But no, our hero is arriving from somewhere, we later learn he is arriving from visiting the remainings of Krypton, for a second time and now he is not a child but a full grown Superman that somehow decided to leave.

Then we are faced with flashbacks and scenes of the earlier Superman. But everything seems to have a forced order and the movie starts running on a narrow road that continuously menaces to makes us fall asleep. Clark goes back to Metropolis and reintegrates to The Planet after his "leave". There we meet the new Lisa Lane; too far away from that Lisa we remembered from the 80's. No charms, maybe some beauty but no personality.

Suddenly we meet the new Superman in all his might while he is struggling to save a burning plane with Lisa onboard. Nothing too exciting, maybe the music is the best part but we finally meet a Superman that seems to be made of plastic, with no personality, a bit of charm maybe. Then he faces Luthor, the best character of this movie, but this meeting inevitable converts into a poor battle between poor characters. Drama barely comes up from time to time, making of the huge special effects a waste of talent.

After this new superman I'm quite sure my generation, those who were fortunate enough to watch the movies of the 80's, must be longing for Christopher Reeves, the one and only Superman at the movies.

Before you get started your also going to need a memory stick. a full length movie should fit on a 512mb stick but the bigger the better really if you can afford a 2gb stick you will obviously be able to fit more on it. The easiest way to put the movies on to your PSP is to use your computer plugged in to your PSP via the USB cable. As soon as you plug it in you will see it on your computer as a mobile storage device. Once opened up you need to create a folder called MP_ROOT and inside that a folder called 100mnv01 its important you do this and move the movies to the correct folder otherwise your PSP will not be able to find the movies.

Once set up its just a matter of dragging and dropping the movies in to the folder and off you go. Now you can obviously put your own movies on the computer and convert them to mp4 ready to go on to your PSP or you can join on of the many sites that offers movie downloads. If you are wondering whether or not you should see the recent disaster movie "2012," allow me to be your guide. In this quick review, I'll let you know why this may very well be the best disaster movie ever made. It is a great movie filled with special effects, tough decisions, and believable characters.

The movie starts out with a couple of scientists, one from India, and one an employee in some capacity with the United States government, deep in an underground laboratory. They discover some troubling information regarding the core of the Earth. If the data is correct, the world as we know it doesn't have much longer.

The first then they need to figure out, is should they tell the whole world that everybody is going to die soon, or try and keep it under wraps for as long as possible?

The world governments decide to covertly plan an escape for a small percentage of the world's population, with the rest of the people left to fend for themselves. Luckily, the main character, played fantastically by John Cusack, happens across a sage in the wilderness played very convincingly by Woody Harrelson. As these normal characters discover the impending end of the world, they must race against time to arrive at the secret location known only to the super rich, and the super smart, as determined by the world governments.

And as in most disaster movies, we are met with several likable characters who must look their impending death in the face. While this isn't easy, this is a disaster movie after all, and most people, unfortunately, are going to die.

And just like Noah and his family, the secret plan is to load up some arks with people and two of every animal. Hopefully, they will stay on these arks long enough until the earth sorts itself out, when they can find some dry land and start over again.

The question that is posed to those on board the ships, is what to do with all the blue collar workers who actually built he arks? The secret project was paid for by the rich that wanted to by themselves a seat to safety on the new age arks that were secretly being built, but would they be able to leave the blue collars who built their ships to die?

It's a tough question that has filled many psychology textbooks. If you can only save a few people, who do you choose? The rich? The smart? The lucky?

While the choices made in the movie may not reflect your own personal values, the movie is well worth watching, and at the very least is a splendid two hours of fantastic entertainment. This movie gets four out of five stars, and my full blessing to spend your DVD rental money for the week.
